cheese cake

cheese cake or just like my aunt said cheezukeku is my favourite cake. classic cheese cake and new york cheese cake can also be count in my list. hehehe by the way, i would like to give you guys a very simple recipe on this cake for those who want to try it. and i can tell you it taste just like classic cheese cake at secret recipes. hahahaha actually it taste kind of it ;p

ok girls and guys, all that you need are;

1600 g of cream cheese
600 g of sugar
360 ml of whipped cream
50 g of corn starch
10 eggs
200 g of butter
600 g of choc chips
300 g of biscuits (in this case we used 'biskut merry')

1. mix well butter with cream cheese and sugar. add egg one in a time.
2. mix both corn starch and whipped cream together before adding it into the earlier mixture.
3. as for the base, crush the biscuit and mix it with the chips. make it a layer at the bottom of the cake pan, not too thin or too thick. pour the cake mixture and bake it at 150 degree Celsius until it cook.
4. after it done, cool it down before serve it! ;p

p/s: if you think the amount of the ingredient is too much, you can cut it half. i also had cut it half as my bowl is not big enough for the whole ingredients. feel free to ask~
